Aubrey High School freshman Sarah Auer placed in the top 10 at the USA Gymnastics Region 3 Level 7 Championship in Kansas City, Missouri over the April 2729 weekend. Sarah placed fifth on balance beam, ninth on vault, ninth on the uneven bars and ninth all-around. Sarah was one of 480 gymnasts competing from Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Wyoming. She placed first in the vault, second in the all-around competition and the bars event at the level 7 state competition earlier in the month.
