PILOT POINT, TX – If you live in the 380 Corridor, you probably visited Texas-Tulips last year. If not, while driving down F.M. 2931, you may have noticed rows and rows of beautiful tulips on the east side of the road. This year turn in and take a stroll through the colorful fields. The Koeman family moved to Pilot Point from a small town outside of Amsterdam. They are excited to share with the 380 Corridor and surrounding communities their love and knowledge of beautiful tulips. What could be better than tip toeing through a field with thousands of tulips in Texas? Imagine happy children picking tulips for mom and dad, grandma and grandpa. An experience that will be etched into your memory for a lifetime, or a new family tradition that you return to year after year! Besides picking a bouquet from the tulip farms, there are amazing photo opportunities.
You will be able to take the most beautiful and unique pictures in the rows of the colorful fields of tulips. At Texas-Tulips you can also enjoy a wide variety of amazing tulips dancing in the sunshine. It is a sight to behold as the tulips open up row by row to scoop up the sun’s rays. It is amazing to see how alive and active tulips can be. Capture the bright colors every moment of the day. Texas-Tulips is about a ten minute drive off Highway 380 and is open from 9:00 am till 8:00 pm during tulip season, running from the end of February to the end of March 2018. There is an entry fee of 3.00 per person (under the age of one is free) and parking is free.
